- 2 oz Cheese

- Step 1: Prepare fresh hamburger meat
- OPTIONAL: Make fresh hamburger meat with a meat grinder.

- Step 2: Add base layer of meat to stuffed burger press
- Add 4 oz hamburger meat to the stuffed burger press.
- Use the indented side of the press to create a cavity for the stuffing ingredients.
- TIP - Dip the press in water to help prevent the meat from sticking to the press.
- Step 3: Add stuffing ingredients to burger press
- Add 2 oz cheese and other ingredients.
- Step 4: Add top layer of meat to stuffed burger press
- Place another 4 oz hamburger meat on top of the cheese in the stuffed burger press.
- Step 5: Press and seal stuffed burger patty
- Press and seal the top layer of meat using the flat side of the press.
- TIP - Dip the press in water to help prevent the meat from sticking to the press.
- Wipe away excess burger meat from the edges.
- Place burger patties in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes before grilling.
- Step 6: Grill and enjoy cheese stuffed burger
- Preheat grill to 500° degrees F.
- Place stuffed burger patties directly on grill.
- Cook burger patties for 6-8 minutes, flip and cook another 6-8 minutes.
