The scooter has held up well over the first 100 miles of use on the super sport speed setting. The front-tire has taken the most wear – about 60% – 70% in the center, however the radial edges are relatively untouched. We did a quick search on replacing the front-tire. Replacing the Ninebot ES1 front-tire can be done at home with simple tools and a replacement tire that ranges between $30 – $60 USD. Some plastic covers were lost along the 100 mile journey and Segway’s warrantee covered replacement.
